The island withal consists of an ethnic mix of infixed South Pacific tribes, Spanish, French, Asian, African, and Americans. As a key vocalisation of the company, the responsibility was to establish a greater presence of the administration of Kava. This mission was very critical in nature imputable to the number of complexities as described. To accomplish this stated mission, the goal was to know ahead all required and lendable information and to then lose it it properly to develop the foundation for making synthetical decisions, in the best interest of the people of Kava.
